1970s Moonstone Ring arts & crafts Dynasty 18-19 (circa 1550-1186 BCE)Striking vintage moonstone ring dating from the 1970s. The stone displays a vivid blue adularescence (the optical effect whereby it appears to shimmer and glow from within) in the clear patches between swirling clouds of white natural inclusions that twist and brood. Large silver leaves are applied to the shoulders, well proportioned in relation to the gigantic centre stone. Likely Mexican. Era: Vintage, circa 1970 Ring size: S 1 2 or 9 25 US.
